What stands out

- The commute is the decision. Twenty-five to thirty minutes to Ipoh town. Drive it on a weekday morning, not a Sunday.
- Laguna has 2 bathrooms; Premier has 4. That is the real difference between them, not just the price. Decide on bathrooms.
- Completed means you can inspect properly — so do. Check the tiling, the plumbing pressure, the drainage and the ceiling for stains. This is an advantage; use it.
- Ask about drainage and historical water levels for the specific phase, since these are lakeside lots.
